SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: November 3, 2026

At ADVENTI, we work to ensure that orders are prepared, dispatched and delivered as efficiently as possible.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information and for reviewing the shipping details entered during checkout.

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days following successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may increase during periods of high demand, promotional events, seasonal peaks or operational disruptions.

Once an order enters preparation or fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be operationally possible.

Order processing times are separate from delivery estimates.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is generally 3–5 business days, depending on the destination, product availability, fulfillment location and carrier operations.

During high-demand periods, international shipping or logistical disruptions, deliveries may take approximately 10–12 business days in some cases.

These periods are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless a specific delivery deadline has been expressly agreed.

Delays may arise from:

  • High order volumes.

  • Customs inspections or international shipping procedures.

  • Carrier operations or transportation disruptions.

  • Public holidays and adverse weather.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Failed delivery attempts.

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A delay beyond an estimated timeframe does not automatically establish that a shipment has been lost.

Mandatory consumer delivery rights remain applicable. For EU consumers, unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract.

3. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for entering accurate, complete and valid shipping information at checkout.

Before confirming payment, customers must carefully verify:

  • Full name of the recipient.

  • Street name and building number.

  • Apartment, unit, floor or door number, where applicable.

  • Postal or ZIP code.

  • City, province or state.

  • Country.

  • Valid telephone number, where requested for delivery.

  • Correct email address.

  • Any additional delivery instructions necessary for the carrier to identify the destination.

By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that the delivery information provided is accurate and suitable for the successful delivery of the order.

ADVENTI processes shipments using the delivery information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies they introduce during checkout.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADVENTI is not liable for avoidable delays or additional shipping expenses caused solely by incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the customer.

This provision does not exclude ADVENTI's mandatory obligations concerning delivery, loss of goods or consumer protection.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers must notify ADVENTI immediately if they discover an error in their shipping information.

Address correction requests must be sent to:

hello@adventi.store

Include the order number, the incorrect information and the complete corrected address.

We will make reasonable efforts to implement corrections before dispatch.

However:

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

  • An address correction request does not automatically suspend shipment processing.

  • Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, changes may be unavailable.

  • The carrier may refuse address modifications or charge additional fees.

  • ADVENTI cannot guarantee successful interception or redirection of a parcel already in transit.

Where an unsuccessful delivery is caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, ADVENTI will not automatically provide a complimentary replacement or reshipment.

Where legally permitted, the customer may be required to pay reasonable, documented costs resulting from the address error, including carrier correction fees, return transportation and reshipment.

If a parcel cannot be recovered, the circumstances will be investigated and any refund, replacement or other remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable mandatory law.

ADVENTI will remain responsible for errors attributable to ADVENTI or its contracted logistics providers where required by law.

5. Address Changes After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, ADVENTI cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address, recipient or delivery instructions.

Customers requesting a modification after dispatch acknowledge that:

  • Changes depend on the carrier's technical capabilities and policies.

  • Redirection requests may fail.

  • Additional transportation or handling charges may apply.

  • A change request may delay delivery.

  • The original delivery details may remain applicable if the carrier cannot process the request.

Any additional charges directly attributable to customer-requested modifications may be passed on to the customer where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed.

6. Shipping Locations and Fulfillment

ADVENTI may fulfill orders through domestic or international logistics facilities and fulfillment partners.

The shipping origin may differ from the destination country.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Separate delivery of items from the same order does not automatically mean that any item is missing.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed during checkout.

Charges may vary according to the delivery location, shipping method, product characteristics and order contents.

Additional costs resulting from customer-requested shipping modifications or customer-provided address errors may apply where permitted by applicable law.

Such charges will not be imposed for mistakes attributable to ADVENTI or its logistics partners.

8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes or local administrative procedures.

Where additional import charges are legally payable by the recipient and were properly disclosed before purchase, the customer may be responsible for those charges.

Customers must provide accurate information or reasonable assistance where legally required for customs clearance.

Delays caused by customs authorities or missing information supplied by the recipient may affect delivery estimates.

Nothing in this section excludes applicable mandatory delivery or consumer rights.

9. Tracking Information

When tracking becomes available, customers will normally receive a shipping notification.

Orders may be tracked at:

https://adventi.store/apps/17TRACK

Tracking information may require 24–72 hours to become visible after creation.

Tracking may display statuses including:

  • Shipment information received.

  • Awaiting pickup.

  • In transit.

  • Arrived at sorting facility.

  • Out for delivery.

  • Delivery attempted.

  • Available for collection.

  • Delivered.

Temporary gaps in tracking information do not automatically indicate that a parcel has been lost.

Customers are encouraged to review tracking information and any carrier notifications.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers should ensure that the address provided is accessible and that delivery can reasonably be completed.

If a carrier attempts delivery unsuccessfully, it may:

  • Schedule another delivery attempt.

  • Request additional delivery information.

  • Leave the parcel at an authorised collection point.

  • Return the shipment to its sender.

Where a failed delivery results solely from incorrect customer information, refusal to accept delivery or failure to follow reasonable collection instructions, additional costs may arise.

ADVENTI does not guarantee free reshipment following a failed delivery attributable to the customer.

Any such costs will be assessed individually and charged only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Failed delivery does not automatically extinguish mandatory rights to delivery, withdrawal or a refund.

11. Uncollected Parcels

Where a parcel is made available for collection, customers should collect it within the timeframe communicated by the carrier.

Failure to collect a parcel may result in its return to the sender.

If a parcel is returned because the customer did not collect it, we may request payment of reasonable, documented additional transportation expenses before arranging a discretionary reshipment, where legally permitted.

ADVENTI does not offer automatic complimentary reshipment for uncollected parcels.

Failure to collect an order is not necessarily equivalent to exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Any applicable refund or cancellation rights will be assessed according to the circumstances and mandatory consumer law.

12. Returned-to-Sender Shipments

A shipment may be returned to its sender due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

  • An invalid postal code.

  • An inaccessible delivery location.

  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

  • Failure to collect the parcel.

  • Refusal of delivery.

  • Customs or carrier restrictions.

When an order is returned to sender, ADVENTI may investigate the reason for the return before arranging reshipment or processing any applicable refund.

Where the return was caused by a customer error, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional transportation and handling costs to the extent permitted by law.

ADVENTI will not charge customers for errors caused by ADVENTI or its logistics partners where those costs are legally the seller's responsibility.

Any statutory refund, cancellation or delivery rights remain unaffected.

13. Orders Marked as Delivered

Where tracking shows a parcel as delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check:

  • The delivery information entered at checkout.

  • Household members and authorised recipients.

  • Building reception or concierge.

  • Agreed safe delivery locations.

  • Carrier delivery notifications.

If the parcel remains missing, the customer should contact hello@adventi.store.

We may review the order information and available delivery evidence, including carrier confirmation, delivery photographs, signature records and relevant communications.

A carrier's delivered status will be considered as part of the delivery investigation but will not automatically override mandatory consumer rights.

Where a customer supplied an incorrect address, the consequences of that error will be assessed based on the evidence and applicable law.

Where the carrier or ADVENTI is responsible for loss or misdelivery, legally required remedies will be provided.

14. Lost or Missing Parcels

Customers who believe their shipment has been lost should contact:

hello@adventi.store

Please provide the order number and any available tracking details.

ADVENTI may initiate an investigation with the relevant carrier.

Investigations may require additional time depending on the carrier and destination.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost before the legal transfer of risk to the customer, ADVENTI will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

For consumer sales in the EU and UK, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with the seller until the goods are physically received by the customer or a person designated by the customer, subject to statutory exceptions.

15. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, customers should contact:

hello@adventi.store

We request the order number, an explanation of the issue and clear photographs of the affected item and packaging where reasonably available.

Reporting visible transportation damage within 48 hours helps us investigate the issue with the carrier.

This recommended reporting period does not limit mandatory legal rights.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, ADVENTI will provide remedies required under applicable consumer protection legislation.

16. Customer Communication and Notifications

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and reviewing the contact information submitted during checkout.

If a customer provides an incorrect or inaccessible email address, automated order confirmations and shipment notifications may not be received.

Failure to receive an automated notification does not necessarily mean that an order was not processed or dispatched.

Customers who do not receive their confirmation should check their spam folder and contact us to verify the order.

This does not remove ADVENTI's obligation to provide legally required purchase information.

17. Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered preparation, fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.

Where no mandatory cancellation right applies, discretionary cancellation requests may be declined after processing has begun.

Mandatory statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

18. Delivery Responsibility and Statutory Rights

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information and for avoiding preventable delivery problems attributable to their own actions.

Where customer-provided information causes additional carrier charges or failed delivery, ADVENTI reserves the right to recover reasonable, documented costs when permitted by applicable law.

However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights concerning:

  • Delivery within legally applicable timeframes.

  • Risk of loss before the legally defined transfer of risk.

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

  • Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights.

  • Refunds or other remedies legally owed by ADVENTI.

For destinations outside the EU, EEA and United Kingdom, voluntary shipping adjustments, complimentary reshipments and discretionary remedies may be restricted more extensively, subject to mandatory local laws.

Where any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
